Essence is a highly decorative taffeta
with all the crisp properties of silk taffetas where and creasing is
a traditional characteristic. However, Essence has the added
advantage of being washable and durable as well as having superior
fade resistance. Many Essence colors have a "shot" effect
which creates interesting tonal variations depending on the lighting
and viewing angle.
